* For the final sale of custom-made items, should you encounter any repairable quality issues upon receipt, we are committed to providing repair services. While it is rare, during transit, some handmade leather bags may exhibit minor marks or slight impacts on craftsmanship. Please understand that these occurrences fall outside the scope of our return policy, and thus, refunds cannot be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding.
TIME LIMIT FOR ACCEPTING RETURNS
Under the return policy, you have 3 days to apply for after-sales after receiving the item, and your item must be in the same (new) condition as when you just unpacked it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging , you also need a receipt or proof of purchase; please contact our after-sales personnel for details, and you cannot return the product without authorization, otherwise the buyer will bear the loss, please be cautious.
EXCHANGES

PS: Dear customer, we would like to sincerely remind you that if you have any changes in size, color, or material after your purchase, or if you suddenly change your mind and no longer wish to proceed, we will do our best to provide you with free replacement or refund services, provided that the request is made before the actual manufacturing process begins. However, if the request for replacement or refund is made after we have already started production (i.e., the material has been cut or the cutting is complete), considering the high material and labor costs, we will have to charge 50% of the total price as compensation. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
The return shipping fee must be borne by the customer due to customer’s responsibility. If issues caused by us, the return shipping fee is borne by us.

Returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your item(s). You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
